many <tr> </tr> tags are missing unlikley many will notice it but if you get a strict broswer summat will go loopy ;)

still cool tho :)

No need for the <tr> as it is a table with a single row.

I have tested this style like all my styles in all the major browsers etc IE, Mozilla, Opera without any problems.

most likley you can get away with it in most browser but support for core products and major addons will likely be dropped as its takes vbulletin way out of w3c xhtml 1.0

Bound to plenty that dont care too much tho when you throw in graphics like that ;)

Absolutely just like I said in the first reply ;)
No complaints for such a great style thats free, if its free and not to someones satisfaction the choice is fix it yourself, or dont use it. :)

The other posts was purely advisary, as if some big firm for eg: EA Atari etc that pays decent money for web design likes your style and pops thru a validator and finds its not even coded to basic html let alone xhtml then they are the kind of potential client who will walk. Be a shame to lose a decent gig for the sake of a few tags. ;)

Yeah dude i know what u r saying, thats why i said feel free to add the <tr> tags to your style, but forgot to say "and then send me the XML" :P j/k

Ive found a few bugs in the style so in the next release i will make sure i add these missing tags for the sake of validation ;)

Awsome, I've been hunting for something like this! This is by far the best I've seen yet. I just need to figure out how to incorperate Star Wars into it;)
[INSTALL]

One quick question. In the upper right corner the image is the same as the one on the upper left. Is there something missing?

Synth
11-10-2005, 04:57 PM
Did my install get garbled?

Ok it seems to be only on my browser, everyone else is showing up fine. :ermm:

Hey synth thanks for your comments ;)

To incorporate star wars into your header, u need need to download this PSD (http://www.bluepearl-design.com/forums/showthread.php?t=1361) and using photoshop u can add star wars images etc, and then when your finished u just need to right click the templates provided to get the correct sizes for slicing.

The header image is the same for the whole top section of this style.

Ok it seems to be only on my browser, everyone else is showing up fine.
Have u got a link to your site? i will check it out and tell u what the problem is.

Hey, thanks for the response.

Well, when I got home it looked fine, not sure what happened. I haven't really done anything with the site yet just trying to get the look the way I want it. www.starwarsloot.com check it out, maybe some pointers?

i would proberly add some x-wings etc into the header, put an image of the custom-planet the darkside were building.
If your download that PSD i have available you could create your own very good looking header with ease ;)

Thanks for your comments GrendelKhan

Hey there :)

awesome skin design. :)

any chance i being able to get some of the other PSD's so I can do some color/hue changes ? I'm looking to make it a little more "gold" in some places, and add a few touches of black/red. Just some minor tweaking. Aswell as change the "X"'s and a few other things. Just cosmetic stuff mainly, the style is awesome.

btw i run it here --> (dont mind the header - made it in about 15 mins - i'm not that great at PS) http://www.eq2raiders.com

keep up the good work, and please, let me know about the psds.

No need for the <tr> as it is a table with a single row.

I have tested this style like all my styles in all the major browsers etc IE, Mozilla, Opera without any problems.

For code compliance even a single row needs a <tr> and a </tr> tag encasing the <td> and </td> tags...

Very nice style though :)

Thanks for your comment, i designed this style ages ago like a jigsaw puzzle and didnt really use one PSD but about four. Since then i have deleted the PSD's.

For code compliance even a single row needs a <tr> and a </tr> tag encasing the <td> and </td> tags...
