Hello There,
Is the bug tracker used on the vbulletin.com forums, internally developed by JelSoft - or is it something we can download and install? If its not avaialble, does anynody know of a mod/hack to achieve similar functionality?

No there is vBug Tracker on the forums. Might want to use the search (https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/search.php) function to find it.

There is none that I know of for 3.5, I did search before posting - hence the reason for my posting in this 3.5 forum.

Users post bugs with developed software, developers of the software reply with fixes/workrounds etc...

The one on the vbulletin.com forums is the bug tracker for vBulletin, if you need an example.

There is none that I know of for 3.5, I did search before posting - hence the reason for my posting in this 3.5 forum.

i believe i remember jelsoft said they will make it availible to all licenced customers (eg not *public*) but i don't hear anything about it anymore

I asked in an email a while ago, and was told they had no plans to release it.
