A lot of users ignoring the year of birth just to not let other users know how old are they.. but as an admin/moderator we some times need to know that..
The Idea is simple...
a new field in user table will save the full birthday.. this will be show only to selected usergroups ( admin, supermod, mod, whatever... )... when the user decided to hide any field from his day of birth, it will not simply copied to the public birth of day field.. so it will not be available to the public
the user will be asked when registering... and any exiting user will be forced to enter the new field...
