Help with main table cells and border?

Is there any one who knows how to change the layout of the main table cells. I am not sure what template files to edit to make custom changes.

I looked at some of the work on extremepixel.com I want to be able to do that I have a desing just cant get to were I need to be to template it in.

so far I have this http://www.codersaccess.com I got the headers and footers down just need to get the rest done.
