Template Mod- Ranking Stars under first Post

Hi,

i want to have the rankingstars and its option to vote for between the
IP-Log-Symbol and the Edit-Button.

Not like in the menu, just expanded, 1 to 5 stars with RAdiobuttons and 1 Votebutton / Link.

How to do that?
