how to verify working mails?

i've over 21.000 members, when i send mail to registered users, i got lots of delivery mails(nearly 2000)

i use activation system with a promotion, if any user dont activate his/her account by email, system moves them different group and i delete all of them.

But in time, some users mails are not working.

is there any way to find not working mails which gives delivery errors and any way to delete theese users after warn.

There is a Hack that deals with bouncing eMails to unsubscribe those members from notifications.
Maybe it is possible to modify it to move those members to another ("possibly wrong email") group.
