(bad)words replacement filter

On my previous forum we used a bad words filter to replace certain words with affiliate links.

So if someone wrote down the word "expedia", it would automatically be replaced by http://www.expedia.com/td&affilid=xxx

Is something like that also available for 3.5 ?
