Since updating to 3.5 I have problem updating usergroup settings.

Above is what I see... there are blank tables. These were for a hack I used to have for max sig size... I have looked in usergroup.php but can't find a reference to the hack anywhere so I am totally confused as to how to remove these rows from my usergrop settings page. Because they are there on the page, but not in the database, it comes up with an error and i can't change my usergroup settings.
