I am wanting to run advertising packages on my site, Top Banners, and Skyscraper Ads.
I want it to be where each module will refresh to a new banner when you refresh the page. I want it to be where for "x" amount of $$ you get 10,000 rotations, or clicks or whatever and so on.
Like on these two sites

From what I have read it seems the Geek Banner Advertiser is what I need. What do y'all suggest?
