Affiliate Opt-In During Registration

I would like to add an affiliate opt-in box at the bottom of my registration page. I have looked for a hack or info, but have found nothing. Can someone make this for me to use? I am sure lots of people would love to have something similar and easy to use.

Sounds good. Just have to add the affiliate code to a template? Which one? Thanks!

At first I was thinking that you could have a custom profile field set up for this but if you have some type of code from an affliate, then maybe add it to the profile templates.
