Poll - Multiple Questions?

I know in UBB Classic that I use to run, you could create a poll and have multiple quesitons in that poll. However for VB, I cant see that option by default or a hack that exists. Is this true?

Much like a mini-survey? A pretty cool idea. I'll look in to it, but I'm very busy so I can't promise anything.
