I have done a few searches, but couldn't find anything that I was looking for. I appologize if this has been asked many times here before. I was curious if anybody new of a extension/plug-in etc that was already built to offer this type of features?

They have their featured thread images at the top of the forum, I have an idea how to manually do this, but was wondering if somebody did some work on something similiar?
