i'm stll learning this stuff, and just finished coding up our forum but its in 3.0.9 our server host says its using too much cpu useage, and they suggested upgrading to 3.5

will i loose all my work and have to start again or is there a wa i can upgrade it without starting from fresh

plugins i have working are: vb radio, vgarage and a few minor tmplate modifications

help please as i feel my work maybe taken offline if i dont get an answer to this soon

Everything that you have installed will be lost, including your style.

However, almost everything is now available for 3.5.0 as plugins so it's only a matter of minutes to install hacks now, not hours.

Plugins are much easier to install, it won't be as massive of a loss upgrading to 3.5 as things can be implimented quickly. As for the style, you'll have to do the template side of it again.

I was told the same thing by my host.He actually upgraded for me,since i know nothing at all about the vbull,but im learning.but,i lost the arcade,hide hacks and most important,the support this forum with the paypal addy.How can this get fixed?anyone willing to install for me,for a small fee?Thanks
