make usergroup invisible

is there a way to set it to where certain usergroups are invisible, theres certain users i dont want to be seen online and dont want to edit each one of them (specially since the usergroup changes often) is there a way to make the certain group invisible to regular viewers

- Create a new Usergroup Setting "Is invisible"
- Setup this Option for your Usergroups as necessary
- Add a Plugin on Hook userdata_presave to check if the User has this Usergroup Option set.
If it is set, set invisible useroption
- Issue a query to update invisible useroption=on for all current users of the usergroups
