When Trying To Add A New Usergroup.....

I got this error when I created a new usergroup, someone on vbulletin.com forum told me its an error involving a hack i installed from here:

They were right - they look like fields from an arcade hack, that don't exist in your database.

yes i believe its got to do with the arcade cause I tried installed Arcade but then found out its not for vBulletin 3.5 so I didnt completely remove it properly, any ideas ?
