Flash chat - Invite users

I have Glash chat installed on my site and it's awesome. Is there a way to invite online users to chat??

What do I mean?

Well lets say when I would like to talk to someone on the chat I could ask them to come on the chat and when I do that a little window pops up for the user and able to see my invitation.
