Error when uploading avatars..

I've upgraded to 3.5.0 and when people (including myself) try and upload avatars, we get this error:

Imageinfo Failed:

sh: line 1: /identify: No such file or directory

Any idea how to resolve this?

What OS, PHP/MySQL version are you running?

Also try to create a new Style without parent, switch to this style, do you still have problems?
What hacks have you installed? If no hacks and a clean style give the same problem, try asking at vb.com.

It's the same problem with all skins, the only hacks I have are RPG Inferno and FlashChat and both of which should have no effect on uploading avatars, plus I installed FlashChat after this problem had already been found..

Problem came directly after the upgrade to 3.5
