I can only find a way to deposit, can't find the way to buy points from bank. where is the hack so that people can buy points through bank via paypal.

sounds kinda weird to buy points from the bank..but you could probably integrate PayPal IPN into a uShop subscription somehow..i just dont know, since I have very little experiance with PayPal, lol.
