Show Attachement as an image

Here it is what i want:

i want the attached image inside a post to be showed as an image. Also this image should have the ability to be aligned.

I can do it with this code <img src="blahblahblah....
but i think it would be very good to upload an attachment and use it as a news image for example in cmps.
