Regerstings problem

Im having a problem with people regersting to my forum, there dosnt seem to be any problems with mysql but when people sign up they are getting an error saying that there seems to be a problem with mysql... Can any one help, www.bendigo-tech.com.au/forums and i have allowed multible emails so if someone sign up and see if they can work out this problem

What hacks did you install?

Just checked, seems you have a welcome PM hack installed, that don't have a userid that will act as sender of the pm. Look at that hack.
