Where can I buy vBulletin styles without using Paypal ? Because I don't have a Paypal account and I don't like to use it.

You should be able to use credit card payments for many skin sites out there.

Depending on where you are in relation to the person doing the style, you may be able to pay by money order or cheque. (Well I accept cheque's anyway as long as they are issued by a UK bank. I can take money orders too but they incur a processing fee which I pass on to the client)

PayPal will allow you to pay using a credit card without having a PayPal account as far as I am aware. I know this is how it is in the US, I am not sure about elsewhere though. For those that are within the US, you simply click the pay with credit card button when brought to the PayPal payment screen.

Other than Check/MO, if they only offer PayPal, you are rather limited with your payment options.
