I recently took over some licenses for VB and now have all the right info in my members.vbulletin.com area but I get this message at the top of the screen.
You are currently showing up as unlicensed. To download hacks and get support you will need to go to this (http://members.vbulletin.com/membersupport_priority.php)(or this (http://members.vbulletin-germany.com/membersupport_priority.php) for vBulletin-germany users) page and enter your email address, to show you are licensed. (you will need to use your customer number and password to access that page). If you are not the license owner, you have to ask the owner to add your email addy into that field for you. For further info, please read our FAQ (https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/faq.php?faq=vb_faq#faq_new_faq_item) page.

am I missing something? I looged into the members area and it states that I have one owned license and a second leased one.

jjrambo,

Please follow this procedure:

You are currently showing up as unlicensed. To be able to download hacks and/or receive support here at vBulletin.org, we ask you to please click here (http://members.vbulletin.com/membersupport_priority.php) (vB-germany users click here (http://members.vbulletin-germany.com/membersupport_priority.php)) and enter your email address, to show us that you are licensed.

You will need to use your customer number and password (which will be in the email you got when you paid for your license) to access that page. Please note that your email is case sensitive. The update of your account may take up to one hour.

Thank you.

Please make sure that you are using an email address that is on the support list of your license, and be aware that the mail address is case-sensitive.

If it still don't work, contact support at vbulletin.com, they are the only ones who can help you then.
