Disabling Cookies for Guests?

How can i disable cookies for guests? (only guests, members still can still use them)

You PM'd me a couple of months ago that i cant use my signature that shows forum stats (Signature Stats Hack) because it sets cookies and that goes against the rules (i dont understand it though, i see lots of other users who still have it).

Well your current signature is not using any cookies anymore.

I know there are some people who are using the same signature without cookies (there also maybe some that haven't been spotted yet). Try PM'ing one of those.

It's not using cookies because i have just the image linked, not the signature stats image.
