A neat download manager?? [Archive]

Is there any neat (beautiful, clean looking) download manager that integrates with vBulletin? I have been searching for ages and I can't find one!
I mostly care about its LOOKS. I also want it to have images etc
Not necessarily for free!
A nice one I've seen is this one (http://www.ibproarcade.com/index.php?act=module&module=dlmanager) but it's for IPB! :( Is there anything similar for vB?

ecdownloads or links and download manager are the only 2 available right now
to lazy to find them for you right now but an easy search should bring them up for u ;)

i use links and download manager myself as i like to preserve filenames

I know about them... They don't look nice I think...at least they don't fit my taste... :( :(
I am not takling only about vb mods but also for external solutions (such as pafiledb which I also dislike) that have integration with vBulletin...

it's an easy file mod to make ecDownloads preserve the filenames as i also dislike the renaming...
