Not quite done, Im going to make some major adjustments to the homepage still. But it's getting there.
For those of you who use Opera, I am aware of the issue (as well as IE kinda, Firefox is the preferred browser).

The forum looks pretty spiffy, the header animation looks great and really fits the game's theme ;)
The postbit has way too many gradients in it, though, and the pure-text-navbar doesn't just feel right with the overall design...
And what IE issue? In IE7 B1 at least, it looks ok....
Oh and can't wait to play the thing myself :)

Yup, I'm working on the postbit today. Im not sure what you mean by the pure text navigation?
In IE6, on the forumhome forumbit category background, there are two small vertical holes, which I covered up with a solid color. Speaking of IE7, time for me to go download it.
Oh and btw, this is my first skinning attempt. Learned a lot so far :D

Thanks man, I appreciate the compliment. I'll have the main site and the forums complete by today or at the latest tomorrow. I look forward to your participation :D
I learned a lot by looking at the "view source" code from other forums.

Very nice design man, my only suggestion is getting rid of all the vB buttons such as the whos online image, it looks horrid on a black background :(. Also your advertise links to logout.

Minus the gradients being on the back of the forum table and you'll have one pretty good style there. Never overuse gradients, it doesn't look good.

^^ I suppose so, I like the gradients though.

You rely on Flash for the header, which means < 1% of the people without Flash won't see your header image at all. At least have a fallback image behind the object.
(I have Flash disabled by choice as I have yet to see truly useful implementations of it)
