I was wondering if their is a hack/plugin that can be made (or can be updated for 3.5) that will allow a Admin to set a default avatar for all members of their forum.

That way everyone starts with a avatar and they change change it at anytime.

Well I suppose you could do it via a plugin... which isn't such a bad idea...

Funnily I also made a 3.5 template modification, but I think the plugin accomplishes our goal better.
