Port the Horoscope Hack, please

I've tried porting this (https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/showthread.php?t=75734&highlight=zodiac) hack myself, but I just can't get it to work right. I'd like it if somebody else with a bit more knowledge of PHP could take a crack at it.
