Member Search by Fields

I don't think I've seen this, so I'm going to do it myself. But has anyone else done something simliar and want to make some recommendations or give some advice on a user search?

What I'd like to create is a search that will allow me to search for members by sex, age range, and status or location. And even allow options to search for Online Users Only or Users with Member Profiles.

A search by profile fields is already available in the stock files.
