Is there going to be anything in the new hacks database that will better handle what versions of vB a hack will work for ? I've lost count of how many times I see people say "will this work in version 3.0.x" because the hack has a slightly different version (3.0.z) associated with it in the main display. Same for 3.5.

Well that would be ideal. I think it would need to be a pop-up from a link on the main page though, otherwise it's going to take up a lot of room. There is still the problem of getting it updated by people when a new version of vB is released, but I guess that will always be the case. :)

You will be able to select multiple versions yes.

I have to agree, 3.0.x setting would be good. There aren't usually any drastic changes with templates in similar versions so it'd be safe to pick a 3.0.x setting even if more releases were to come out.
