Is there such a hack?

On phpbb its a standard feature > you go to a post > click on the IP button for that user > then there's an option which you can click to show you other users who also posted from that IP

It's a great way to quickly see who elses has posted from that IP, highlighing 'possible' trolls.

Any help appreciated!

Yes this is a standard feature, accessible from ModCP & AdminCP.
