Block registrations for users with Free Email accounts

It would be very nice to have the ability to add domains from which email addresses can be blocked from registering. Maybe an addon for the Banning Options section in the AdminCP, where you can put in a list of domains that are disallowed.

Have a look at vb.org (or maybe it was even here). There is a list of domains posted there (somewhere).
