Hi

Is it possible to create a hack where gaming clans could have their own private channel to talk using the mic ?

Just curious:
What does a Forum have to do with Voice Communication?

As a centralized access point for inter-clan communications, forums have become very instrumental to successfully coordinating in a highly competitive gaming environment.

If you have vBAdvanced here is a module:

Or you might get this author to port his 3.0.7 hack:

Thx for the examples wayne, but i was looking at something more like the application itself instead of showing the users inside teamspeak. So people could create their private channel themself and their friends could join, something like chatroom except it uses mic.

Unless Teamspeak has a server API that allows this, it is probably not possible. To recreate the teamspeak client/server application system is probably beyond the scope of PHP's possibilities.

It is possible. BUT it causes a security risk because the superadmin info would have to be coded into the app.

But it definitely is doable.

Actually Teamspeak has a server (telnet) API. But it would require sending plain passwords i think

This is very easy, if you go here http://tsviewer.hfd.de/
and sign up and put in your teamspeak server ports and queary ports they will host you for free and give you a php script, (very small script) and you can put it on your website like mine. Looks nice. you can edit the colors of the text and background to your liking..

I see. But if the Teamspeak server is hosted on the same machine then there shouldnt be much problem isnt it ? Where would i be able to find more information on how i can do the server API ?
