I'm trying to add a custom navbar directly under my logo using plug-ins. Where would I put it?

You would put it in the navbar template.

1. you would'nt use a plugin, you'd edit a template
2. Marco replied to this already :)

My question was not answered. I need to put PHP in there and I am not able to put PHP in templates. So I need to use a plugin. My question is where would I insert the plugin to put it DIRECTLY after the logo?
I'm no genius at this stuff, but if the navbar is gonna be everywhere, id put it in global_start

Perhaps you should clarify what you actually want to do - putting php in the 'navbar' doesn't make much sense.

I'm not asking for help with the php. I'm asking where to put the plugin. "Add New Plug-in" Then the drop-down list gives a million locations. I want to put it directly after the logo. I want to keep the normal navbar.
This is what I am doing...
I have the main website with a navigation bar directly under the banner. I would like to put the very same navigation bar below the very same banner on my forums. I also want the regular navigation bar that comes with the forums to remain where it is. The reason I am doing this is because I do not want to edit two different navbars whenever I change something. I'd rather they both come from the same source.
Thus, I am trying to do it via plug-ins.
