How is this done?

Ii tried to serch but I am not sure what to serch for.

I want my thread posts to look just like on this site.

Crude example

Page 1 (25 posts)

--> First post
---->Newest post
.
.
----> 25th post

Page 2 (25 posts)

----> 26th post

----> 50th post
