Stopwatch in a post.

I need a timer or stopwatch in a post.

Something like....

"229 days 4 hours 23 minutes since such and such"

or anything close to that that will count up time. However, this is only needed to be inserted into a vBulletin post.

Can anyone help me?

There are many online tickers/countdown sites. They will offer a link in which you specify the date, and you get the number of days in return.
