How do I up security?

I am a complete newbie to vbulletin, so please bare with me.

Our website is private, however unregistered people can still see who is logged on. Then the unregistered person can click on a member name and see their profile. How do I fix it so unregistered [eople can not see who is on-line and can not gain access to profiles.

ACP / Usergroups / Usergroup Manager
Select Unregistered / Not Logged In and Edit the Permissions as you want them.
