dont like the skin :p
Maybe a little more information as to why you don't like it and what they could do to make it better would be more helpful?
And coming from a designers of skins, that statement was not surprising. ;)

default layout - the only changes are the green hues vs the standard blue
I recommend green and brown - maybe a splash of blue here and there (natural colors).

Just curious but do you face any extra legal obstacles with this type of site?

Depends on where the server is located. For example www.overgrow.com was hosted in Canada last time I checked.

I wouldn't think there would be many. MaryJane is not illegal in every country. In the States it is, but, it is not illegal to discus it. You can go as far as telling people how to grow it and where to get the seeds without breaking any laws. You just can't be in possession of it or the seeds.

Nice, simple skin. The colour scheme fits. :D
I'd starting working on the template/layout now, still very default, and could use some tweaking.

I always find it a board's content much more important that its style. Needless to say, then, the green style fits your board's concept quite nicely. It's also active, and fairly unique in terms of what it covers. Nice job with it! :glasses:

That's what I figured but you never know in this crazy country haha.

Well like I said it depends on where the server is located. Most people doing these sites live outside the USA or at least host their site outside of the country.
Really the end-user should be the one concerned, anything you post on the internet could be used on you in court asuming they prove it was you who posted it. In other words if you're from an area where it's not legal it would not be wise to post pictures of that big plant growing in your closet ;).

Look, I'm not saying I'm right but I wouldn't trust what some random guy posts on the internet. (yes I know he's a respected member of that community, but still that doesn't mean anything when you might be going to prison for a few years for following his advice).
