Upgrade Vb 3.0.7 to 3.0.9

Hi,

When i try to upgrade to Vb 3.0.9 i manage to get to
Step 4) Import latest language (Step 4 of 6)
and it does not import the master languge it just says

MASTER LANGUAGE

Please Wait

and stays like that for as long as i have to browser open for, can someone plz help
