Maximum picture size posted...

If someone imbeds a picture with the [img] tags, is there a way to get it to only be displayed as a thumbnail, or a maximum size?

i actually found a fix for it, and it worked VERY well... here on vbulletin, but i dont remember the link... this can be deleted now.
