Everytime i click on the edit button for Style! nothing happens

everytime i double click on FORUMHOme for my Styles to edit them. or even click on FORUMHOME and click on edit. nothing happens. It wont change so that i can edit it.!
Please how can i fix this! what should i do> I never had tthis problem with vbulletin 3.0.8, but when i converted to 3.5 rc2 , i now get this problem!

I even Tried this with FireFox! and when i clicked on edit. Same problem! nothing happens!

Try a CTRL or SHIFT-refresh. Failing that, clear your cache.

It may be you have old javascript files, and need the new ones to be downloaded by your browser.

i tried refreshing. and on my IE. i clicked on TOOLS>delete coookies! and still nothing! where can i download the latest javascript files?

Set your browser to not show a message on every JavaScript error (default).

Tools->Internet Options->Advanced->Display a Notification about every script eoor.

2 options above that. is disable script debugging. and yes there also checked too
