Outgoing Links

I've seen on a few sites before where they have http://anonym.to/ in front of all outgoing links posted on the board. Can anyone tell me how to do this? Thank you.

There was a 3.0 hack for it, not sure if there is already 1 for 3.5

Will have a look today if it is there, otehrwise i will make you one.
