Minimum Posts to make a new thread in a forum ( there is offers section and If our members want to post his offer on that forum he must have at least 5 posts)

Do you guys know any hack for this?

How do I do this ?

wrong section as usual. please learn to use the forum before randomly throwing out questions

you can do that without any hack ;) Just learn to work with vBulletin.

I did try with user groups , promotions , forum permissions. Still anybody can post msg in to that forum. NOTE : I applied it to forum Category coz that is the offers category and did NOT apply to the forum's under it , is it the problem?

can some body give me step by step instructions please.
