Button to move to a forum.

I want to make a piece of text next to each posts name (not in the postbit, but in the threadview) that says "Move to Closed"..., and when you click it moves it to my CLOSED forum.

How hard would this be to do?

i have this installed for 3.0.x https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/showthread.php?t=66319
maybe its possible for it to work on 3.5 since they are only template edits anyway
