How do I add a custom picture to redirects?

Ok, I want to add a image to all redirects.
Have a look at the atatchment to see what I mean.
Where and how can I do this (is it even possible?)?

there is a redirect template. (Not sure of the name, but I'm sure it has redirect in the name).

Just edit that.

Is it called "STANDARD_REDIRECT" and does that do all redirects?
