I am tryign to acomplish two minor customizations.
The first of which is I need to make my forum banner centered and I need to add a border to conect the two nav bars. I have move the orginal above it and added a new one below it.
There is to much HTML to list so i have included a text file navbard templates coresponding to the tbales pictueres here:

You will notice I am using a php script for the banner istelf because i use an alternating banner for every time the page loads.
The second question I have is how can i create a table such as the who is online table. I do not need to make it colapsable, but I was wanting to add a google adds banner in there to make it look more profesional.
Any help is greatley apreciated and despreatley needed!
