Need Hack: PM Online Users

Hey guys. Is their a hack that allows me to PM only the currently active members on the site? I hate have to manually enter it...thanks!!!

I made the one for 3.5 based on this request, then upon coming here to post I finished it, realized the request was for 3.0.x.
