Problems upgrading from vb 2.3.2 to vb 3.0.8

Ok, I used Impex and the forums are all there. It says the users are there. Threads are there. etc.

But I go up to the Members List and I'm the only one there. Why? :(

And is there ANY way to get the styles from 2.3.2 into 3.0.8?

Did you perform the tasks as listed in the 'End Game' (i think it is called like that) as outlined in the stickied post in the Import System forum at vb.com?

I think you have not run the Update Counters part.

I started completely over, installed vb, then impex again. I did everything that the import system post said to do (End Game).

I still have no users and I'm getting this error..

Database error in vBulletin:ImpEx Target 3.0.8:

mysql error: Table 'mydb.vbfields' doesn't exist

mysql error number: 1146

I go into phpmyadmin tho and I see vbfields in there... :/

Actually, if I look in the AdminCP, I see all the users. But when I go to Member List on the board, no one else shows up but me still...
