FlashChat BAN problem??

i m using vb 306 and flashchat on my forum, we cant ban user, when i try to ban someone a small screen caming with my message and user still in chat... i m the forum admin and the another admin and mods supermods cant ban .. could you answer if you know....?

You really need to ask this on the flashchat support forum.

Personally I don't ban people from flashchat - anyone who justifies a ban from the chat we ban from the forum - which prevents them using flashchat anyway.
