Two related errors.

Now I am posotive this error was caused by either adding or removing a mod. Perhaps one of the coders could help pinpoint this.

Basically whenever I try to list anything with usergroups it gives me this error.

print_chooser_row() is defined in adminfunctions.php.
So make sure this File is OK, otherwise fix it or reload the Original.
