Here's (http://www.theoverclocked.com) my computer hardware/overclocking site. We're still not done, have a ways to go. I plan to replace the homepage with something custom made. We seem to be moving along, im getting a lot of new members recently. Give me your opinion/suggestions. :)
EDIT: Sorry the site is currently down...my hosting provider is having a few problems...should be back up soon though.

I like the design - you didn't go crazy with it.
I think a more simple logo is needed.
If it was standing on it's own people would have a hard time deciphering it's name.
2 login boxes (on portal) - remove the login panel on left column
I do not like is the navbar double-row menu options.
I'm seeing this more and more and it just looks cluttered each time I see it.
I recommend displaying / not displaying some options according to usergroup.
For example, right now non-members cannot view your MEMBER LIST. So, why show it to them?
FORUM RULES could replace REGISTER (the rules can be displayed to them while registering) upon becoming a member.

Yah I actually changed the usergroup settings earlier...made the members list unviewable to guests. As for the navbar, I feel the same way...I actually spoke with my fellow admin the other day about clearing it up. I'm either going to make some drop down menus to free up space or move one of the navbars up over the login/under the logo. Anyways, thanks for your input princeton. :)

What gallery hack did you end up using? I like how it's setup, and I wasn't sure which hack it was. The forum looks good. :)

It's working for me now. :)
The design is simple, I like that, but there are some things I don't like. The header image doesn't really suit the style in my opinion, and I think you have way too many forums for a forum with 88 members. I suggest working on the templates a bit more, you don't have to go crazy with them, but little changes to make the forum look less default always helps.
